Does anybody know how to heal plants up that are half frozen? How should I nurse my avocados back to health?

Be gradual about temperature changes. Avocado is a tropical species, so it should be taken indoors for winter. You may lose some branches, but as long as you keep it above 50° F, it should bounce back
