Might be young thrips 😬
A regular thorough shower will help, I’ve used neem oil and that works well. Just make sure to keep treating maybe once every week, until these buggers are gone :)

If they’re not on your plant, and your plant is doing good, it might be springtails. They’re harmless to your plant and like living in the soil eating things like mould.
Keep an eye on it though because it might be a pest, but I’m not too experienced in those so I wouldn’t be able to give much advise. 😬

looks like they might be springtails, if they’re jumpy and only a few millimeters long, they most likely are. springtails eat decaying matter in the soil like a tiny cleanup crew. if your plant seems happy i wouldn’t worry.

I inspected the three plants nearby. There didn’t seem to be any pests on leaves or top soil. They all got a preventative shower and sprayed with insecticide. I had thrips at the end of last summer and now I’m much more consistent in thoroughly checking plants when watering. Cause that was 4 months of my life that I hopefully don’t have to deal with again
