(I’m assuming if there is, there’s now way it will have new leaves). When it’s the natural life cycle of the leaf it will turn yellow and drop. These turning crispy and brown en masse is concerning. Like Plantasia said you should check your conditions. I’ve had mine for about 7 years. It loves bright light, the more the better but if you’re going from part shade to full sun, do it gradually. Mine currently sits in a big east facing window so it gets good direct morning sun and then bright indirect for ~6 hours. I’ve had it under a grow light and in south and west facing windows over the years. The good news is that whatever is happening your plant will endure if you figure out the issue. These are super hardy — one of my favorite plants for all plant-keeping levels.
