It looks like an anthurium without flowers by the leaves but I am no expert. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The common name I am thinking is Oilcloth Flower.

It’s an anthurium. Nothing wrong with it other than dry air causing the browning.

Seems like an anthurium to me. Its tips are brown due to low humidity. What works for me is cutting the tips above the yellow part and when they scab up they don’t grow anymore brown tips. Although just getting a humidifier is a better option and your anthurium will be much happier that way.
