How to treat scales on lime tree?? It had these on the bottom of the leaves and I scanned the AI and it came up as scales. I scraped them off all the leaves, what kind of insecticide should I use? Someone told me neem oil? I appreciate any advice!!

Bonide horticultural oil should work ☺️

The most reliable method I’ve found is to mechanically remove by rubbing them off using a swab soaked in alcohol. Follow up with treatment of insecticidal soap (I used neem when I ran out of the other). Repeat weekly. It took three or four applications.

The most important thing is to make sure anything you use is suitable for edibles if you plant to eat the fruit.
