This is Jack. He is a bunch of wildflower packets thrown in and he is growing beautifully, imo. However, today, I noticed that he has friends. At first I thought it were caterpillars but I am not sure...should I be worried?

It could be a larvae of a beneficial insect like hover flies that eat aphids?
