My anthirium doesn’t look so good. Looks like some infestation as well. What can I do to revive this plant?

Can’t tell from the photos but looks like a combo of bugs. Mealy or scale and something smaller like mites or thrips maybe?  
Looking like a full on saturation with a pesticide or natural mix of neem oil / dr bronners castile soap and some rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle with water.  
I’d google for ratios of these ingredients.  
You’ll have to treat weekly or even twice a week for this level. Make sure to swap out the soil too.

If you can get those bugs under control this plant looks like it would love to be staked / trellised.

Not sure what sort of soil it should have so many someone else can chime in here if that moss looking substance is good.
