What are song good houseplants that arent toxic to animals. I have a little kitten and he loves getting into places he shouldn’t!

Rattle snake calatheas, nerve plants, and most pepperomias are pet safe!!

Spider plants are safe and so are Jewel orchids.

prayer plants are a great choice if you live somewhere with higher humidity or don’t mind running a humidifier. they are sensitive to excess minerals and chemicals in the soil so you will have to use rainwater or filtered/treated tap water. those are the most economical options but many purchase distilled water for their prayer plants as well.

here is a list of some other, easier care plants that are nontoxic to cats:  
peperomia, hoya, orchids, fittonia (nerve plants), many succulents (check the specific species but some nontoxic genera include: echeveria, graptopetalum, sedum, and pachyphytum), spider plants (though they are like opium for cats), and you could always grow cat grass (oat grass) or catmint (catnip) to distract your little guy from your houseplants and keep him entertained

I have a baby white bird of paradise I really want to keep when it gets big but I have a cat is it worth the risk of keeping it and spraying it with anti animal spray of should i sell it

Some of my favorite nontoxic plants are:  
• Moth orchids  
• Christmas cactus or Faux Christmas cactus  
I actually got my faux Christmas cactus as a rooted cutting from my Mom because her kittens knocked her plant over and broke some stems off. These plants are extra kitten resilient! 🐈‍⬛ 🌱 💜

My cats are relentless (they even eat artificial plants) so in addition to having mostly nontoxic plants, I keep all of my plants on shelves so the cats can’t get to them. In addition to what everyone else said already, pilea are nontoxic, ponytail palms, money trees, pellioia repens, ferns, and purple passion plants are more nontoxic plants.
