Hello,  
There is something like a fungus growing on my jade plant exactly where the leaves grow. Can someone please help me fix this?

looks like mealy bugs maybe? :( a couple posts down someone just posted about this and there are some good recs for how to handle them

Did you take a really close look with the magnifying glass? Hard to tell from the picture but looks like it could be mealybugs. If it is, take a Q-tip with alcohol to all the white and then pour a mixture of one part hydrogen peroxide to three parts water through the soil until it comes out the bottom and then quarantine and keep an eye out for more white spots. Sadly, I am becoming an expert at mealybugs.

Those are mealy bugs.
