# Hi all! I just HAD to save this lucky bamboo plant from Lowe’s last…

Hi all! I just HAD to save this lucky bamboo plant from Lowe’s last week. I just left it exactly as was for a week in an east facing window; I wanted to see what happened. Spoiler alert: she got even more yellow and crispy. How do I even save her? I’m so far out of my league with bamboo. I don’t know if she’s in soil or water (I think soil) because these concrete rocks are on here. What do I cut off? What do I repot in? Water? Soil? I’d love to save her because she does have a smidge on new growth! Please help!!

Update: here’s where we ended up. Two stalks, as expected, roots look okay. Currently in water, but they were in soil so they probably will need to be put back in soil, correct? @PlantyAnn
