I happened to check my roots and WHAT IS THIS??? 1. should I put in bigger pot? 2. Why are the roots fuzzy? 3. Why is there fuzz in the roots in that top layer of rectangles you can see :( please help

Haha totally normal healthy roots!! Ready for a new pot. Is this a self watering pot? Totally nothing to worry about!!

Drainage water under the pot is attractive to roots and maintaining the growth. The fuzz is the fine hair roots that are soaking up water. It’s normal.

Remove the pot to check if the plant really needs repotting. Repot if there are more roots than soil.

The roots showing can be cut or ensure there is no standing water under the pot. 🍀🪴
