I have that same one it’s the best and makes your plants look so new, shiny and refreshed

neem oil is not a preventative and shouldn’t be used as such. i’d recommend only using a product like this to treat pests. a few drops of castile soap in water is perfect for cleaning the leaves of dust and debris.
