My Emerald Gem Plant is struggling and I don’t know what to do! I tried different light and watering schedules. New leaves shrivel and die. Any ideas? Thank you!!

I would guess the pot is too big and the roots are staying wet too long. Try inserting a wooden stick into the medium right to the bottom and pull it out to see how wet the soil on the stick is before you water again.
