# I had this extremely healthy china doll plant but I left it outside…

I had this extremely healthy china doll plant but I left it outside for a day and it is destroyed- not sure if I overwatered it or if it got too much sun or what. Please help, it was from a friend so I don't want it to die!!!

Shock. People like to get new plants and place them right in the sun, you cannnoooottt do that. Place new plants in a shady place with indirect light and slowly move it toward a window. Your plant will be OK, just be nice to it.

Many plants actually love being outside in the summer, especially a china doll which will flower when outdoors, but not when its in a brand new place, and not when its in a direct sunbeam. I put my plants on my porch where it only gets abt 5 hours of morning sunlight before noon.

Dont be afraid to give this plant a prune. Shes looking crazy 😂
