It’s a bit hard to tell from the pic but if the white bits are soft, fluffy and squishable, then you have mealy bugs on your plant baby. You can carefully remove them with a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol. Make sure to check all the nooks and crevices as they like to stay hidden. I would be checking and squishing daily. If it’s not and is instead a hard thing that may or may not come off, it’s likely mineral deposits. This mostly happens if you have particularly mineral rich water that you’re watering the plant with. Or if you’re growing in semi hydro and not flushing the substrate. If you’re growing this in succulent soil (or succulent mix of some sort that isn’t semi-hydro) then I would suggest using distilled water. Hope that was helpful! 🌵🌵🌵

Another thought looking at this, perhaps the leaves are getting edema patches (that look like blisters) from overwatering which are then bursting and then crusty bits are like scabs forming over the top. In that case, I would reduce the watering frequency.

This is kinda what I was thinking but I thought leaves on a ghost plant swell from overwatering, turn yellow and then drop off. I’m just not sure. But quit touching those leaves. You’ve rub off the farina.

Yeah I scratched one of them to see what it was

I think it’s over watering as there are blisters forming
