Looks like they got too cold, maybe even froze. Is that possible.

Other options would be a bad case of root rot in which case it's toast. Or underwatering which means you should thoroughly soak it even several times cut all the top growth off and pray

It’s cold damage if the leaves turn black and limp after exposure to cold temperatures.

Cut off all the damage leaves and stems. They won’t recover. Check for damaged roots and cut them out. It might survive if there are enough viable roots left.
