Yes it's inside 😩 Someone else said they're millipedes 😭🤢

Millipedes. They love the organic matter. They crawl in typically while the plants are at the nursery or outside in your yard. I used to have some crawl out of the drain holes in the large pots. Try flushing them out with a constant flow of water. That worked for the few I had. You can try neem oil or changing the soil. 🪴🍀

Baby millipedes for sure. They're harmless and mostly just like the moisture. They aren't affected by most pesticides, so you should physically remove them. In the future, remove any leaf litter or dead plant material, improve air flow to help things dry between waterings, and eliminate any hiding spots (you can lift pots up with pot feet to keep millipedes from hiding under them)

Thank you. I'm worried about my palm as its leaves are currently yellowing quickly and I thought it could be because of these things, so I'm glad they're not harming the plant...but gross either way. Repotting and trying to remove them all tomorrow.
