Something or someone is attacking my plants. Two different balconies but look like similar issues.

It could be bites from caterpillars, sawflies, thrips, slugs or snails if there are silver steaks on the leaves/ground/pot. You can use a commercial insecticidal soap or mix your own with castile soap. 🪴🍀
