Hi, our monstera is looking worse for wear. My wife thought root rot as we hadover watered, so re-potted and cut the black leaves away. Are we missing something?

How long ago did you repot? And how bad was the root rot? If the rotten roots weren’t cut off and treated with hydrogen peroxide it may still be suffering from the rot. It could also just be acclimating to the repot, and in that case it should bounce back after adjusting!
