Definitely mealybugs! Knock them off with a spray from a garden hose especially in the creases of the unopened leaf. Use insecticidal soap or dab them with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol. Check for them every week and apply insecticidal soap in the creases just in case. 🍀🪴

I noticed this on one of my pothos newer leaves. I gave mine an insecticidal soap soak and then rinsed it.

Repeat soap treatments weekly until you are 110% sure the pests are gone. Mealy bugs are incessant and will quickly take over. Furthermore, isolate this plant from any others nearby to contain the spread.

It looks like a fairly large infestation. You need to check for these guys on regular basis. Much easier to handle 3 or 4 on a plant rather than an army. Even if you find one, keep it isolated for a few weeks. Check your other plants. With that many on one plant, you probably will find more nearby.

But not a lost cause. They are easy to find on that plant. You can kill them one at a time. Some people will just spray alcohol over the entire plant. I try to avoid that. I messed up a prized Echeveria doing that. Some plants can’t handle it apparently. It’s a learned lesson.
