Noticed this on my maranta , this is overwatered right ??,, would waiting until 70% soil is dried be better (used to wait until it was 50%)

Could be from minerals in the water or a humidity issue.

Lack of humidity is usually crispy , could the mineral issue be from using rainwater , heard marantas love it so I used it
