# Hi everyone, I posted here a few days ago and since then have sadly…

Hi everyone,  
I posted here a few days ago and since then have sadly determined I am dealing with thrips. 😭 I have begun taking measures to combat this, but I’m curious to know how likely you all think it is for the thrips to have spread to my other plants, given my setup (I am aware that this can unfortunately even happen from my contact with the plants - but just based on distance)? The plant WAS located in the pot on the right with the vine wrapping about 2/3rds of the way to the centre kokedama.

And do thrips target air plants? 🙁

Yes it’s still possible for the thrips to have spread, unfortunately. They can jump and even fly :( So it’s a good idea to treat all of your plants

Okay, thanks for the heads up. I already did my first need oil spray but I’ll keep a very close eye on them too 😭💚
