Hello everyone, I recently got this heartleaf philodendron and it started looking worse for wear. I know they’re very resilient however I want to know what I can do to help. Should I cut off the bad yellowing/browning leaves?  
Another thing that concerns me is that all of the new growth points are suddenly crispy when they were green a couple days ago. Are new plants still going to grow from there? I’m not sure what caused it since I don’t keep it close enough to the window to wear it could get too much sun.

Definitely needs more humidity if the points suddenly crisp
