I noticed this lil guy in one of my plants, can I leave it or do I need to remove? Is this a sign of a bigger problem in the soil? (It’s with a potted monstera)

If it was me I think I would remove it just in case it’s some form of fungus 🤔

I find that they don’t last long anyway. They die off pretty quick.

I agree with dishsoap. You have a healthy soil there. I have a pothos that had a little garden of mushrooms with it for a long time and it's one of my healthiest plants. 😄
