As long as the roots aren't rotting you can just cut off the top and eventually you will see new growth come up out of the stem 😊

I’ve never had one of these — any chance you can take that off the top and root it that way? Maybe remove some of the lower leaves and propagate like a pineapple? 😬 I have no idea really — hopefully someone else can chime in 🤞
