Just got this golden Pothos, but I’m noticing some tiny brown spots on it, should I be worried?

A spot or two on a leaf is not an issue. Sometimes cells burst (edema) from excess water and the spot dries out. Some times an insect bites. Check for pests. Do nothing if no pest unless the spots multiply. 🪴🍀

Will it return to its natural green overtime?

The dry spots won’t go green again. It won’t hurt the function of the plant. 🪴 🍀

As a plant parents with several pothos, I can tell you that the brown spots are generally nothing to worry about. Pothos develop random brown spots so it's normal unless you start to see changes in your plant or see pests.
