please help!!  
i haven’t been a very good plant mum but she’s really not looking good and i’m not sure what to do! she looked the same for a very long time but has now been slowly declining.

How are the roots/stem? It kind of looks like it’s too wet, maybe some root rot, but hard to tell from pics.

Sorry I don’t have much advice if that’s the case. Give the stem a light squeeze near the base and if it gives (or worse, squishes) it’ll be hard to bring it back.  
Maybe another plant parent will have better advice.  
You could try to propagate it and save what you can.
