It’s beautiful and full of looks very healthy. It may be because of the light. More light lighter leaves, less light darker leaves.

Thank you, Carrie… I was concerned that maybe it was getting too much direct light, so your answer kind of confirms my suspicions.

Is the window getting less light? Due to winter. If so that probably what your seeing. Less light = less chlorophyll production. It's comon in winter

Yes, it's kinda of a strange dichotomy 😆 the intensity of the light can also effect the color (like Carrie mentioned), vs the length of light exposure which can happen seasonally

Thats a variegated arrowhead plant. As far as I can see, those leaves are normal.
