Have to tried to clean them and confirm it isn’t a bug?

My Jade has that too. I think it’s minerals coming out of the plant’s pores. You could try to wipe it off. I was afraid of breaking a leaf off, so I just left mine.

Most jades do this. They are getting rid of excess minerals from the water, fertilizer, and soil. Totally normal.
