# Does anyone know why my Christmas cactus has this purple color…

Does anyone know why my Christmas cactus has this purple color showing through? The old but new growth that is separated from the bigger cactus is the only area that I see a different color, the rest of the plant looks fine. Any tips or suggestions or help?
