My prayer plant has been doing great for months. I just noticed that these two incoming leaves are rotting. I checked the roots and didn’t find any problems, but still have it fresh soil anyway. Does anyone know what could be going on?

What’s your humidity level like and how often are you watering?

Around 60% humidity and twice a week

You may be watering too much tbh,

What kind of water are you using as well?

Marantas like around 25% (first 1-2 inches of soil) to dry before watering again

Humidity level seems fine 🤔

I use hard well water, which hasn’t bothered any of my plants as of yet. I think you’re 100% right about me overwatering it, thank you!

Of course!  
These guys love to be drama queens all the time 😭🙏

I use distilled water for mine, but that’s due to a lot of minerals in my tap water
