Hey guys! Could use some advice on what’s going on with this plant! I believe it’s a Dwarf Banana plant. It’s just recently started getting these hard beige-ish colored bumps along the stem, and they don’t come off.  
Also the top leaf has this weird discoloration, I feel like it might be from a lighting issue but I’m not sure.  
And bottom leaves are now yellowing and falling off as well.

What should I do? This plant was growing so fast for a while but a few weeks ago the growth slowed and these issues started.

hiya, I'm pretty certain this is what your plant is, so all seems normal except I'm not sure what you mean about the bumps 😁

Oh I think you’re right! It looks much more like that plant especially now with the coloring!  
Here’s a photo of the little bumpy things, you can see them a bit better along the stems.

Check for spider mites- the ‘dusty’ look and yellowing looks characteristic of spider mites. Look for teeny tiny pin-prick sized dots on the leaves

How do you get rid of spider mites? Can I use neem oil? Also posted a better pic of the bumps above

To be honest, my diffenbacia has spider mites and I’ve been treating it for months and months either Captain Jack bug spray. I don’t think Neem oil alone can get rid of them but I’m not totally sure.
