Help! This is my mom’s ice plant, that’s what she calls it but I think it’s a baby sun rose. She’s had it for years in the same spot and it’s always been happy, but now it’s turning yellow and not as happy. She’s thinks it may be over fertilizing but not sure. Any suggestions?

If it’s only recently been turning yellow one thing I could think of is if it outgrew the container it’s in?
