Those are the only affected leaves that I can see

At first I thought it was just soil, but I can see that’s not it…., are they brown?

Yes, only on the backside

Will it like rub off with your nail any? Some of my monstera got like this but it was just dry dirt. It wiped right off

Check your other post for my longer answer. Caused by moisture stress. Make sure it’s getting bright indirect light, has good airflow, and prevent rapid temp falls. Cells are bursting and dying. Strictly cosmetic but warning sign.
