# Yesterday, I received a turtle in the mail. It was sent with weather…

Yesterday, I received a turtle in the mail. It was sent with weather assurance but still looks rough. It lost a lot of its turtles. Should I trim the bare strings off or do new turtles grow on the strings? Thanks for any help🪴
