HELP!!! she was good a few days ago. I saw spider mites so I gave her neem oil (not the first time) they have been without light for 3 days. I recently had a surgery so my care might not be up there.

Unfortunately spider mites are the one pest that takes the most time and attention. This is the best video I can recommend to get rid of them (YouTube vid I can’t share links here)

Ugh I hate spider mites so much. Don’t beat yourself up - when I had a baby my plant care went downhill and then of course I had to go and get a thrip infestation! I would follow the above instructions in the video and then just leave her alone to help settle from some of the stress

I think the leaf drop is just mite related. You need to treat for 45+ days to kill the whole life cycle

So many people continually struggle with mites, because the stop treating after 1 or two times, or after they don't see anymore adults. But then the eggs that are often not affected by pesticide, hatch, and it starts again. So you need to keep treating until that's not the case. And it's like 30 days or so (45 is thrips).
