Another post, it’s plant chore day…  
And I see this…I plan to change out the soil. And treat accordingly…any ideas what it is? Has anyone else experienced this?

Yep not harmful you can get rid of it with peroxide (diluted) or spinkle cinnamon on top!

Not necessary though! They break down dead plant material

Clear pots tend to have more fungi because more of the soil is exposed to light. Try inserting the clear pot inside an opaque pot like a ceramic or plastic pot
