Just got this plant at a farmers market a few weeks ago. One of the leaves started getting a yellow patch and dropping :( any tips on how to help him?

the lady said to put it in a windowsill and let completely dry between watering. let me know if I should be doing something different. thanks!

Dis she just have it in a windowsill? It may need more humidity. They don't like change though, so will often drop a leaf or all
