This lily was doing well until recently. Idk what’s wrong with it. I didn’t see any bugs or anything. What could be the problem?

If there aren’t any pests then it’s probably an issue with lighting or watering. You just said it was a lily, but if it’s specifically a peace lily, I can help a little more.

For peace lily lighting, it needs to have a good amount of indirect light. A helpful way I’ve heard people describe it is that the plant shouldn’t be touched by the sun, but should be able to see the sky through the window.

As for watering, my peace lily is very dramatic. If it’s thirsty, it starts drooping, returning to normal once it is watered. I’d suggest waiting until the plant droops a bit if you’re worried about over watering.

Thank you for this information. I put this close to a grow light but far from the window. I have been cutting the brown leaves almost every week. I will try to place where there indirect natural light. And this is a peace lily. Thank you once again!

clay pots are not ideal for peace lilies who really don’t want to dry out
