Too much water or too little? Yes there is drainage and I tend to ignore my cactus. It has a grow light 24/7.  
Thoughts??

That happened to a cactus of mine a while ago and it died. I watered too much but other than the yellow coloration yours looks healthy. Water it like normal and monitor it I say.

In my experience cactuses are the only plant that can be watered on a kind of schedule. I water mine every 3.5-4 weeks. So they don’t go too long without water but are also left alone.

Hi there, my thoughts are too frequent watering and grow light only needed for 12 hours.

In my experience, cacti only need 12 to 14 hours of grow-light goodness.
