Aphids. They loves flowers and hiding on the leaves of plants. They suck the sap out of your plant so yes, they are a concern. There’s quite a few ways to treat them, but I recently used a mixture of Apple Cider Vinegar, Dawn Dish soap, and water and put it in a spray bottle, then sprayed any affected areas down with it. Haven’t seen them since. I’m sure someone else will comment their solutions for them, as they’re quite common with outdoor plants, so you’ll likely have a few options for how to treat them. Hope this helps!

As a tip, they’re often attracted to new growth on plants too, so checking there for any signs of them is a good way to see if you have to keep treating them. If they keep coming back, keep using whatever treatment option you choose for a few weeks until they start leaving your plants be.

Thanks a lot. Will apply suggested solution right away. This plant is blooming with flowers right now.

No problem! Good luck! And as @eatyacarbs said, ladybugs are good aphid repellant. If you spot one in your garden, it shouldn’t hurt to send it the aphids’ way

You can also get ladybugs! They love to eat aphids

Aphids, a cheap solution is just buying ladybugs off amazon and they will eat them
