What in the world is going on with my vincas? The top soil is dry but soil underneath is moist. I bought them last week and they were gorgeous. Now they look like they’re fighting for God.

These look like zinnias not vinca. Zinnias can be dramatic. They can get mold and mildew from the water left on the leaves, then, quickly die off. These just look very dry. The plant is drying out with moisture at the bottom of the pot. This means the pot is too big for the root balls. The roots don’t reach deep enough. Those won’t recover. Better to start over in a smaller pot or water more frequently once the root ball dries out.
