This could be from quite a few different things, unfortunately! I would need more information about the conditions. This plant lives in to give a correct answer.

It could be from incorrect watering either overwatering or underwater, inconsistent temperatures, low humidity, or pests.

If all the other leaves look fine, then it is likely a humidity issue or a watering issue. I would check the roots and if none are mushy, then up the humidity and make sure that the temperature or this plant is living stay consistent.

If the roots are mushy, cut off all mushy parts, clean and treat the root ball with a water and hydrogen peroxide mixture then repot in clean new soil in a pot no bigger than 1 inch larger than the root ball

It could be mechanical damage at the base of the new leaf. The stem is black/dead. It could have gotten bent which cut flowers of moisture to the leaf. Just cut it and wait for the next leaf if it’s mechanical damage.
