Are you talking about the damage spots on the leaves? I see nothing wrong on the stem…

Looks a little thirsty maybe. What exactly is wrong with it? I can’t see anything obvious, can you describe the issue you’re having?

Oop my bad! The leaves are turning yellow and falling off, the stem is also turning yellow, and there are some black holes on a few of the leaves

What’s the plants conditions looking like? Yellowing leaves usually means overwatering. Are you letting it dry out before watering again? You should check the soil every time before watering.

It appears the pot is sitting in a bowl. If you water it and leave it in that bowl you are probably drowning it. Always drain the bowl 15 to 20 minutes after watering. Bright indirect light it does not like direct sun. Maybe a little fertilizer if you haven't fertilized in a while, although if you live in an area that is moving into cold weather I would use diluted fertilizer because it's in the slow growing time.
