Any ideas? Stunted growth and dropped all the bottoms leaves pretty quick, yellowed but not too crispy. Root rot?

How often are you watering? The soil in the picture looks dry

If your new leaves aren’t coming in pink then it probably doesn’t get enough light

Repotted. The rootball was really compact and damp in the form of its  
Nursery old pot, so we got as much dirt off and used new potting mix. Added 3 drilled drain holes.

My ficuses like well draining soil, like super chunky and western or southern facing window. Also fertilize once every two weeks with Dr Schultz. I let my soil dry out completely and also can leave it for a few days after it dries.
