# Can anyone help me how to save my plant 😭 I travelled one Christmas…

Can anyone help me how to save my plant 😭 I travelled one Christmas a month and came back to her dying and lost almost all of her leaves. i took the dried ones and kept watering her but stil looking sad (it’s been a month and a half since this happened).

you may need to increase the quantity of water you water it with, rather than the amount of times you water it. Drench it and let it completely drain!  
It could also just be reacting to the cold, depending on where you live. Banyan Figs are pretty resilient though so I’m sure it will bounce back once warm weather and sunlight come!

This makes me feel little bit better! Do you think I should cut off the two dry/brown leaves? As you can see in the picture

Thank you for helping me 🙏🏼 this plant is my first plant I bought it when I moved alone to start university

No problem! I would not cut the whole leaf, it’s usually best to leave it. You can cut off the brown parts though if you want.
