Wondering what I need to do here to make this guy happier? Watered yesterday and gets light but not direct in the living room mostly in the shade

Maybe overwatering? I let mine go pretty much bone dry before I thoroughly water it.

Get rid of the watering globe the plant is staying too wet so certainly overwatering. Those globes are only good if you’re traveling. If you can’t get watering just right I recommend a self watering pot instead, that way the plant will pull what it wants
