# We got a ton of rain overnight and my lettuce plant has developed…

_Gepostet von Koby am 2024-03-22_

We got a ton of rain overnight and my lettuce plant has developed these spots on lower leaves. Should anything be done about this? Will this hurt the plant long term? The leaves look overall a bit wilted right now, but will they bounce back if left to dry completely? Update: the doctor feature says they’re fungus, so would cutting off these portions and giving it a good dousing in neem oil do the trick?

it looks like fungus due to overwatering and full light. I would move to an area where it gets part sun and let the soil dry 40% in between watering. Lettuce is finicky for me as well! hope you can fix it!
