Hi, I recently purchased the below Monstera plant and it’s leaves looks slightly withered/ripped and light green. Does anyone know what I can do to try to revive this plant or is this normal? First time monstera plant owner any tips or tricks would be helpful. Thank you!

That light green leaf is new! It opens up and gets darker as it grows into its full size

The ripped leaves are actually called fenestrations and they happen to mature leaves normally, in the wild mature leaves of monsteras get fenestrations like that to provide light and water to the lower branches and leaves that are younger
