Edit: I found a few thrips, would love suggestions on how to treat them!

This fellow here has been struggling for a while now. I’m not totally sure what’s happening, to me it looks like rust almost. This plant has had thrips before, but it was throughly gone for six months before this happened. The roots look great, a few small mushrooms. The mushrooms don’t worry me because I have a few healthy plants that have mushrooms. Any advice would be appreciated!! I have no idea what’s up or how to fix it, so I am open to all the suggestions!

Have you sprayed with an insecticide? And clean leaves

^ also what medium are you growing in? Do you have an ok air flow in that room? They don’t like drafts but too much stagnant humidity tends to attract uninvited guests

Use insecticidal soap, spinosad, or Neem oil for thrips

I struggled with thrips last year and I had to treat the soil with a systemic as my “topical” treatments weren’t cutting it
